Milk Tea Lashes is not responsible for any damage or lost items when products have already been shipped. Once the products have been labeled, shipped, and scanned, carriers are responsible. Please check in with carrier companies if items have not arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please allow for 1-3 days to package order(s) and 2-7 days for shipping. Orders are sent out during Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Please include your name, order#, and products purchased for verification. After 24 hours, orders are already packaged and labelled, therefore any corrections on orders CANNOT be fulfilled.
